These shots just look wonderful! It was the first afternoon of the 4-day camp at the seaside area of Caba, La Union, 2007. The silhouette style or effect in taking pictures is really disarming. What made these pictures more disarming ang downright enchanting is the presence of love and friendship with every flash and clicks of the camera.

I so love this picture. This is like the only picture I have wherein I posed wacky and it didn’t turn out to be horrendous. Congratulations to me. I have always been quite photogenic but never in wacky photos. Who says you have to be beautiful in wacky shots? I am so dead. And weird. And yeah, it’s worth noticing that we have a very nice color variation and coordination. Nicole in red, Keven in black and I in red–all in long sleeves.

This photo is one of my personal favorites! I was chubby, then, and my brother, well… really looks different compared to now. We were still young–we knew nothing about the world–its cruelty, morbidity, charity and compassion. These were those times when a simple chocolate bar could make us stop crying. These were those times when I really feel bad about getting a scar on my knee because of stumbling. But now, I just wish I always stumble–for the wonunds on my knees are easier to cure than the wounds in my heart.

I want the innocence I had before. I want it so bad I can almost taste it. But, til then…
